Urban Light Ministries will be hosting its annual fundraising dinner at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at the Hollenbeck Bayley Center in Springfield.
The public is invited to come enjoy great food, provided by Rudy’s Smokehouse, and entertainment. Scheduled to perform that night are Aaron Clark and Ministry and the Springfield Youth Symphony. Special guest emcee will be radio personality Faith Daniels, of WROU 92.
The dinner is free, but an opportunity to support the ministry will be provided. All guests will be updated on what is going on at Urban Light, which through its after-school Sonshine Clubs and fatherhood initiatives is helping to build better relationships in our community.
