TAC-The Abilities Connection (also known as TAC Industries, Inc.) board of directors has elected Retired Air Force Colonel Cassie B. Barlow chairperson for a term of service beginning January 2018.
Barlow is a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and the director of the Center for Workforce Development at the Aerospace Professional Development Center at Wright State University. She has served on the TAC board of directors since 2014, most recently as vice-chairperson.
Outgoing board chairperson Geoffrey Steele has been a valued, involved and critical member of the TAC board for several years. His service to TAC has been “exemplary and very much appreciated,” said CEO Mary Brandstetter. Steele will remain on the TAC board of directors for another three-year term.
Nick Demana, President of Benjamin Steel, has been elected vice-chairperson of the board. Peggy Smith is treasurer and Lacey McKinstry is secretary.
