Please join Springfield Promise Neighborhood Association for their annual Spring Fling Community Event on Saturday, June 3, from noon to 4:00p.m. at Lincoln Elementary School, 1500 Tibbetts Avenue. All are welcome to attend!
The goal of this free, family-oriented gathering is to celebrate the end of the school year while informing residents about summer opportunities and community resources for their families.
Complimentary grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, snacks and drinks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children’s activities will include crafts, a bounce house, face painting and other fun games. There will also be a dunk tank, so come show us your best curve ball!
Various community organizations including early childhood providers, nonprofits and government agencies will attend to answer questions and to distribute information about upcoming events.
Kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year will be available, as well as Springfield Promise Neighborhood (SPN) summer camp registration.
There will also be a DJ and raffle drawings with awesome prizes.
