Springfield City Commission candidate Rob Rue will be the guest speaker at the Southeast Neighborhood Association (SENA) meeting scheduled June 28, at 7:00 PM, according to SENA President Marianne Nave.
The public is invited to attend the SENA meeting that will be held in the Augsburg Room at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Sunset and S. Belmont Avenues. Persons interested in learning more about local activities are urged to attend the meeting, President Nave reported.
“SENA will have a series of Meet the Candidates Meetings this summer so that you can meet the people running for City Commission and decide how you want to vote,” President Nave reported. The SENA meetings are an outgrowth of the Trinity Evangelism Committee’s efforts many years ago and everyone is welcome to attend.
